Provides medical care and social support to individuals who are living with opioid misuse disorder in Richmond.
An interdisciplinary team works from a non-judgemental, harm-reduction approach to provide a variety of treatments, including meeting with individuals who are actively using illicit substances in order to discuss options for reducing risk, methadone and suboxone treatment, health information to encourage safer injecting practices, and needle exchange services for anyone wanting to dispose of used needles in a safe and legal way. Also distributes Take Home Naloxone kits and harm reuction supplies, including safer injection and safer sex supplies to people of all ages. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Mondays, 9 am to 6 pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and 9 am to 5 pm Thursdays and Fridays.

Team Response to Adolescents and Children in Crisis (TRACC) provides emergency intervention for children and youth who are at moderate to high risk of suicide.
