Regional designated agency responsible for looking into situations of abuse, neglect, and self-neglect involving adults unable to seek support and assistance on their own due to restraint, physical or mental limitation, illness, disease, injury or other condition that affects their ability to make decisions. Agency responders investigate reports of abuse, neglect, and self-neglect.
