Provides home share placements for adults living with a developmental disability or other disabilities, which include a range of supports depending on needs. Also supports people to live in licensed group homes staffed 24 hours per day, seven days per week; professional supports include healthcare, communication, personal relationships, community inclusion, and daily living. Level of support depends on needs, but may include assistance with cooking, personal care, laundry, healthcare, recreation, daily living skills, and personal networks.
