Provides a range of advocacy and support services for children at risk of or with a developmental delay and their families, and adults and seniors with developmental disabilities. Services are designed to meet the needs of each individual. Other services include a self-advocates group, a wish fund for individuals with developmental disabilities, and a clothing bin recycling program. A Snoezelen Room offers a controlled multisensory environment for people with autism and other developmental disabilities; fees are charged. Serves the Regional District of Powell River, except for Lasqueti Island. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Wheelchair accessible. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
