A specialized employment program that provides comprehensive support for each participant, individually and within a group setting. This program recognizes and addresses unique barriers facing survivors of violence/abuse in the work search and environment and works to empower them to attain their employment goals while building a strong personal foundation. Individuals form connections that will be sustained before, during, and after their participation in the program. Groups and workshops are subject to change and vary with need. The program is subcontracted under Open Door and Work BC.
