Alouette Heights Supportive Housing

Provides 46 self-contained studio units (plus a one-bedroom unit for a couple) offering supportive housing for low-income tenants who live in or have connections to Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows, and who are homeless or who are at risk of homelessness; accepts all genders. Support staff are onsite 24 hours daily. Rents are set at the shelter portion of welfare or 30 percent of income. Allows pets. Three units are wheelchair accessible. Application is through the BC Housing Supportive Housing Registry, or tenants may be referred by local service agencies or BC Housing.
