  Provides 45 self-contained studio units (plus a one-bedroom unit for a couple) offering supportive housing for low-income tenants who live in or have connections to Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows.

  Provides 45 self-contained studio units (plus a one-bedroom unit for a couple) offering supportive housing for low-income tenants who live in or have connections to Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows. Support staff are onsite 24 hours daily and offer individualized care, life skills programming, and community activities. Rents are set at the shelter portion of income assistance or rent geared to income. Allows pets. Three units are wheelchair accessible. Application is through the BC Housing Supportive Housing Registry, or tenants may be referred by local service agencies or Fraser Health.

  Clubhouse members work with an employment counselor to develop a clubhouse goal plan. While at the clubhouse, they can also enjoy a low-cost nutritious meal, participate in a variety of recreational activities, and use the free laundry facilities.  Hours are 8 am to 3:45 pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 8 am to 5:45 Wednesdays.

Program includes employment preparation, job-finding skills, training, and work experience landscaping, janitorial services, food preparation, cash handling, and communications and reception. Applicants must have stable housing, be connected to or willing to connect to mental health supports, and be willing to work on personal goals during the program. Young people ages 19 to 30 are welcome to apply. Program is five months long, five hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Also provides help with obtaining identification and income assistance. Connects individuals to housing options by providing support with the application, move-in process, appointments and/or housing viewings, and liaison with landlords; rent subsidies may be available to support this process. Provides links to culturally appropriate services, as well as referrals to other support such as health care, counselling, and addiction recovery services. Serves Vancouver's Downtown South neighbourhood. Hours are 9 am to 4:45 pm Monday to Saturdays.   Provides trust administration services to persons living with mental illness. In certain situations, will work with individuals with other disabilities. Authorized under provincial regulation to administer trust funds of up to $500,000 within BC. Individuals with disability trusts are able to benefit from a lump-sum payment such as inheritance without losing Person with Disabilities (PWD) benefits.   With guidance, young adults ages 19 to 32 work towards their mental, physical and emotional well-being through support and recovery in mental illness.

  With guidance, young adults ages 19 to 32 work towards their mental, physical and emotional well-being through support and recovery in mental illness. The program prepares participants in discovering appropriate and enjoyable future work/volunteer opportunities in their communities. They create their own participation goal plan based on their individual situation at time of intake. Intake and program is ongoing and flexible working with members where they are at; absences and change are expected throughout program. Participants of this program are also members of the Coast Clubhouse and are encouraged to participate in regular clubhouse activities including meals, volunteer work and employment programs. Call or email for intake. Hours are 9:30 am to 5:15 pm Monday to Sunday.
