Provides in-person service to applicants of BC Housing programs providing subsidized housing options for individuals who have low incomes, seniors, people with disabilities, Indigenous people, women and children at risk of violence, and people experiencing homelessness. Application forms for programs are available in the office or through the website. Also accepts applications for rental payment assistance programs including SAFER for low-income older adults and RAP for low-income families; both listed separately. In-person hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), and phone hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
