Residential program that offers a safe and supported living environment for self-identified men. Embodies a holistic trauma-informed approach to recovery that allows residents to discover more about themselves. Program includes varied modalities, including SMART Recovery, 12-steps and traditions, group therapy, one-on-one counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, accountability groups, and experience in community service within the program. LGBTQ inclusive. Also includes weekly outings, street outreach, and alternative healing modalities (art and music therapy, acupuncture, and yoga). Residents have access to support staff, trained clinical counsellors, and external professional therapy. Family members, partners, and friends have access to free support groups, workshops, and education groups to help with their own healing journey. Pricing is on a sliding-scale, as well as possible funding through government services. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8 am to 12 noon on Fridays.
