Provides treatment and support to people living with complex mental health and substance use challenges who have not been well served by traditional systems of care. Works with individuals who have been identified as needing additional, specialized, ongoing supports to assist in their recovery. Services include crisis assessment and intervention; case management; illness management and recovery skills training; individual supportive therapy; mental health and substance use treatment; employment support services; administration and monitoring of medical prescriptions; supports for medical care, housing, transportation ,and accessing benefits. Referrals go through Richmond Central Intake. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
