Assists seniors ages 65 and over with non-medical daily tasks to maintain independent living within their homes and remain connected to their community. Services include friendly visits, grocery pick-up and delivery, prescription pick-up and delivery, transportation to appointments, light housekeeping, and light yard work. Fees may apply on a sliding scale based on income. Friendly visits are free. Serves Clearwater and Barriere. Program hours vary; call for details. Funded by Ministry of Health (MOH) and managed by United Way British Columbia (UWBC).
