Provides 14 units of safe and affordable residential housing for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, prioritizing those age 55 and older. Staff supports connection to community resources, including, but not limited to, medical supports, mental health, substance use, and food security. Surge Units provide short term transitional housing for people being discharged from hospital working towards securing permanent housing solutions; intake is through Interior Health only.
