  Low-barrier housing program offering 50 beds for individuals who have histories of homelessness and other social barriers; the third floor is for women only. Through onsite supports program, participants create a wellness plan and work on integrating back into the community after two years. Offers the Managed Alcohol Program for chronic non-beverage alcohol drinkers and other harm reduction programs and resources. Funded by BC Housing.
  
  Also provides harm reduction supplies, along with harm reduction education and referrals to health services, addictions services, and other social supports. Needle exchange services include distribution of clean needles, sterile water, and alcohol wipes; disposal of used needles; and health information to encourage safer injection practices. Also provides safer drug use supplies such as crack pipe, mouthpiece, screens, and bubble pipes. Provides opioid users with free Take Home Naloxone Kits (Narcan) that can be used to reverse the effects of overdoses from opioids like heroin, methadone, morphine, oxycodone, and fentanyl.   Overdose prevention site (ODP) provides a place where people who inject drugs can be safely monitored and treated immediately if they overdose.

  Overdose prevention site (ODP) provides a place where people who inject drugs can be safely monitored and treated immediately if they overdose. Provides harm reduction supplies along with harm reduction education and referrals to health services, addictions services, and other social supports. Needle exchange services include distribution of clean needles, sterile water, and alcohol wipes; disposal of used needles; and health information to encourage safer injection practices. Offers confidential testing of substances to detect contaminants such as fentanyl. Provides opioid users with free take home naloxone (Narcan) kits that can be used to reverse the effects of overdoses from opioids like fentanyl, heroin, methadone, morphine, and oxycodone; training can be provided. Street outreach team works to case manage street-entrenched individuals in an effort to meet basic needs. Site is staffed from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm daily. A 24/7 vending machine dispenses harm reduction supplies afterhours.

  Offers three-phase residential recovery program for adults wanting to abstain from drugs and alcohol while actively working on their recovery.

  Offers three-phase residential recovery program for adults wanting to abstain from drugs and alcohol while actively working on their recovery. Participants must have at least five days of sobriety before entering Phase One; referrals from detox are welcomed. Length of stay is up to 18 months across all three phases of programming. Services include substance use treatment, relapse prevention planning, life skills, access to an addiction specialist, peer coaching, and career development opportunities. Accepts individuals on substitution therapy. Phase One involves intensive mandatory programming for 90 days and includes three meals per day. Cost for Phase One is a per diem charged to the ministry for those receiving income assistance; self pay charge is $35.90 per day. Phase Two offers an additional three months in residence to work on personal goals while continuing to receive recovery support. Phase Three offers an additional three to six months of supportive recovery while individuals are working, going to school, or volunteering. Housing cost is on a sliding scale from $575 to $650 per month. Accepts referrals from self or others. Offered in partnership with Interior Health.

  Provides year-round, low-barrier, 24-hour emergency shelter with three separate shared spaces for up to 44 homeless adults; 11 beds for women, 24 beds for individuals of any gender, and pods with beds for any gender for those requiring less supervision.

  Provides year-round, low-barrier, 24-hour emergency shelter with three separate shared spaces for up to 44 homeless adults; 11 beds for women, 24 beds for individuals of any gender, and pods with beds for any gender for those requiring less supervision. Services include meals, showers and laundry facilities, clothing, personal hygiene products, first aid including wound care, opioid agonist treatment (OAT), STI testing, and access to local calling. Other support services include case management, probation officer check-ins, assistance with income assistance or crisis grant applications, and life skills training. People may be admitted when intoxicated if there is no disruptive behaviour; using is restricted to designated areas. Staff are on site 24 hours. A personal locker with lock as well as two storage bins are available; can store excess items for up to seven days. Cats and dogs are accommodated but must be on a leash or in a contained area at all times. There is a limit of four pets on-site at a time. Wheelchair accessible. Beds are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Accepts referral from self or other. Funded by BC Housing.
