Provides short-term, team-based, trauma-informed care including assessments, and counselling and support to higher functioning individuals age 19 and over with mental health and/or substance use challenges. Services include assessment, treatment, counselling, education, and referral to community resources. The clinic is available to individuals who have a family physician; referral required from physician or nurse practitioner. Wheelchair accessible. Program hours are 8:30 to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
