One hamper is provided every 28 days and includes a variety of essential items such as proteins (meat or alternatives), dairy, eggs, pantry staples, snacks for kids, and baby essentials like formula, diapers, and wipes. Access is by appointment only; registration required with ID for all household members. Office hours for registration are 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday.
