Provides social and recreational programs for people with a mental illness. Offers laundry and shower facilities, and internet. Serves daily lunches ($2) from noon to 1 pm, breakfasts ($1) from 9:15 am to 10 am, and free snacks at 3 pm. The Resource Centre Art Room is a member-run creative space where individuals can learn and create art. Supplies are provided. Hours 8:45 am to 4:30 pm Tuesday to Saturday.
