Provides psychosocial rehabilitation, clinical assessment, treatment, counselling, and support to clients with a mental health disability who are reintegrating into the community from the Forensic Psychiatric Hospital or who are on a conditional discharge from the BC Review Board. Clients live in cottages or modular units on Riverview grounds, or in semi-independent living apartments in Coquitlam. Program is offered in partnership with BC Mental Health and Substance Use Services (BCMHUS). Funded by Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA).
