Provides support, information, and education programs for parents and their children from birth to six years of age who would benefit from extra support. Creating Healthy Families program offers drop-in parent education on issues such as nutrition, traditional parenting, and child development. Provides child care, lunch, and transportation for participants. A drop-in social group for parents and children offers recreational activities, including games, traditional arts and crafts, and storytelling. Funded by Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC).
