Provides semi-independent housing for older adults ages 55 and up who require assistance with day-to-day activities such as medications, bathing, or life skills. Housing is intended for people who are able to make the range of decisions that allow them to live safely in a supportive, semi-independent environment. Referral required from Home Health office following a health care needs assessment; do not contact the facility directly. Rent is 70 percent of applicant's after-tax income. Registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health. Funded by BC Housing.
