Crossroads offers 51 units, providing crucial support and housing for individuals facing homelessness, mental health struggles, and/or substance use challenges. The program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident, offering a supportive environment where individuals can rebuild their lives and work towards stability. Through onsite supports program, participants create a wellness plan and work on stabilising with an aim of integrating back into the community. Prospective tenants must complete a Vulnerability Assessment Tool (VAT) and the Supportive Housing Registry (SHR) application.
