Dinners at Home Program - Kootenay Boundary

Offers a variety of frozen meals to support the nutritional needs and independence of individuals who are unable to cook for themselves, including seniors, and individuals who are home-bound or disabled, or were recently released from the hospital. Regular meals cost $6.25 each and must be purchased in multiples of eight (within each case of meals, customers can purchase a variety of options from the menu). Soups cost $2.25 each and must be purchased in multiples of six. Meals are prepared in containers that can be heated in a microwave or regular oven. Clients pick up meals at the site through which they were ordered. Usually orders available for pickup two weeks from order date. Meals can be paid for by credit card over the phone, or in person.
