East Kootenay Recovery Support Group

Virtual drop-in recovery support group for adults at any stage of recovery. Offers a safe space to share and learn about recovery strategies and skills, and participate in facilitated discussions on recovery topics including: triggers, coping strategies, trauma, and mindfulness. New participants welcome. Hours are 3 pm to 4 pm MDT Tuesdays and 10 am to 11 am Fridays. Serves East Kootenays.
