Provides information, advocacy, and support to families with children and youth up to 18 years old, where Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), Complex Development Behavioural Conditions (CDBC), or other neurodevelopmental conditions are suspected or diagnosed. Key Workers also liaise with and coordinate referrals to Sunnyhill Health Centre for Children. Services are provided in the home, at the Cranberry Child Development and Family Resource Centre, or in the community. Open referral.
