Provides 36 single occupancy transitional housing units for adults. Applicants must have a minimum of three months sobriety to qualify for tenancy and agree to a personal development plan. All tenant agreements are on a month-to-month basis with a maximum of two years of tenancy. The use of drugs and/or alcohol by a tenant may result in the immediate termination of the tenancy.
