12-week closed group for survivors who have experienced abuse (sexual, physical and/or emotional) from an intimate partner, childhood sexual abuse, or abuse in the psychiatric system. The purpose is to establish a safe framework for the healing process and to develop self-awareness and insight. Participants learn about self-care, boundaries, and communication. This group is for survivors who have participated in support groups before and are interested in continuing their healing journey. Dates and times vary; contact for information.
