Empowers adults with disabilities to build their digital skills and become engaged in the digital world. Virtual tech support coaches provide assistance learning technology skills including general tasks (texting, calling, emailing, etc.); getting familiar with a new device (phone, tablet, or computer) and understanding general features; using video platforms, Microsoft 365, applications, the internet, and social media; internet safety and privacy protection; recognizing scams; managing technology and wellness; online purchases; and artificial intelligence.
