Aims to prevent homelessness by working with clients to address issues including health concerns, employment, and life skills. Provides qualifying clients with rental subsidies to assist them in managing housing costs. Serves youth transitioning out of foster care, women who have experienced violence or are at risk of violence, individuals leaving the correctional or hospital systems, and individuals of Indigenous descent.
