Develops, manages, and administers a wide range of subsidized housing options for individuals who have low incomes, seniors, people with disabilities, Aboriginal people, women and children at risk of violence, and people experiencing homelessness. Provides BC Housing services to 100 Mile House, Castlegar, Cranbrook, Creston, Fernie, Golden, Grand Forks, Kamloops, Kelowna, Kimberley, Lake Country, Merritt, Nelson, Oliver, Peachland, Penticton, Princeton, Salmon Arm, West Kelowna, and Williams Lake. Serves as access point to the Housing Registry for all these communities. Service is in English; callers who require interpretation must make arrangements in advance. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
