Provides housing support and referrals for individuals, couples, and families who have lost their housing, are seeking shelter admission, or are staying outside, people who are currently housed who may be facing eviction, and people who are marginally housed. Provides help to find alternatives to the shelter system. When alternatives are unavailable, will offer placements into shelters in the Kelowna and West Kelowna area, considering needs and wraparound supports available. Also offers financial support with transportation costs to return to natural supports. Self-referral intake form available on the website; drop-ins are also welcome. Serves Kelowna and West Kelowna. Hours are 9:30 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday; closed on statutory holidays. Partnership with NOW Canada, Canadian Mental Health Association Kelowna, Metro Community Centre Kelowna, and BC Housing.
