Provides free English classes for adult newcomers to Canada who are permanent residents or refugees. Offers language classes for pre-literacy and LINC levels one through eight. Supports coordination of half day daycare for children ages one to five through licensed daycare, limited childminding on site. Class sessions are 9 am to 1 pm, 1 pm to 4 pm, and 6 pm to 9 pm Monday to Friday, and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
