Learning Fund for Young Adults (LFYA)
Provides a one-time $1,500 grant to help young adults with care experience access learning opportunities. Grants are flexible and can be used towards programs, courses, or activities in education, employment, training, or life skills. Young adults must be born on or after January 1, 2006; be 17 years of age or older but under 36 years of age; and have 12 months of care in a qualifying MCFD or Indigenous Child and Family Services (ICFS) Agency legal status between birth and age 19.
