Responsible for licensing residential contractors, builders, and developers, as well as building envelope renovators; administering owner builder authorizations; monitoring the third-party home warranty insurance system; and supporting research and education to improve the quality of residential construction and consumer protection. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
