Provides services for tenants of housing directly managed by BC Housing, including accepting rental payments. Also accepts applications for a range of subsidized housing options for individuals who have low incomes, seniors, people with disabilities, Aboriginal people, women and children at risk of violence, and people experiencing homelessness. Partners with private and nonprofit partners, other levels of government, health authorities, and community groups to increase affordable housing options for British Columbians in need. Service is in English; callers who require interpretation must make arrangements in advance. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
