Provides primary health care with preventive programs through a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers, and a counsellor; an appointment and Medical Services Plan (MSP) coverage is required. New patients with complex health and social needs will require a referral from a community agency or health care provider. A pharmacy operates at this location; listed separately. Hours are 9 am to 7:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm Fridays, and 9 am to 1 pm Saturdays.
