Provides same-day access to urgent primary care for people living in East Vancouver who need care for non-life-threatening conditions or injuries that do not require an emergency department.
Provides same-day access to urgent primary care for people living in East Vancouver who need care for non-life-threatening conditions or injuries that do not require an emergency department. Patients are assessed and prioritized according to urgency, not on a first-come, first-served basis. Also provides appointments to patients unattached to a physician. Hours are 8 am to 10 pm Monday to Saturday, and 9 am to 5 pm Sundays and statutory holidays; patients are prioritized according to urgency. The last patient will be seen approximately one hour before closing.

Program hours are 9am – 5 pm Tuesday to Friday; as of April 2025, hours will be 9 am to 5 pm Tuesday to Thursday. Support group meetings are held from 11 am to 1 pm Wednesdays, and include workshops, guest speakers, community connections. Accepts self-referrals. Serves Vancouver. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
