Free drop-in group facilitated by two counsellors to assist men in managing their relationships with significant others, with work, and with themselves. Topics include balancing work and family needs, managing job stress, and handling self-criticism. Meets from 7 pm to 8:30 pm Mondays (except stat holidays).
