The Integrated Treatment Team (ITT) offers adult substance use treatment that is discrete, based on client needs, and flexible to accommodate individuals who have been unable to attend traditional inpatient or outpatient treatment programs in the past due to work schedules, lack of transportation, child care demands, or other reasons; services include virtual and in-person individual and group counselling, medication, support in development personal treatment goals, overdose prevention and harm reduction services and supports, self-management support, and support from trained peers. Intensive Case Management services support adults with significant mental health and/or substance use issues. Coordinates a broad range of services that may include assistance to find and keep housing; primary care; outreach; support in developing treatment goals; assessment and interventions; group and individual counselling; medical and psychiatric consultation; education and self-management support; and referrals to community services. Also offers a Youth Intensive Case Management program providing team-based care coordination for youth with significant mental health and/or substance use concerns.
