Provides a range of health care and support services for adults with mental health and/or substance use issues. Services include assessment, treatment, counselling, education, and referral to community resources. Also provides counselling to individuals who are concerned about someone else’s substance use. Crisis Response Team responds to mental health and substance use crises within the community and at the hospital to provide intervention, assessment and referrals to resources. In addition, provides access to other specialty substance use and mental health services. Open referral. Office hours are 8:30 am  to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
