Provides health outreach services to those who are homeless, precariously housed, and/or who are challenged by complex mental health and substance use issues in Kamloops and throughout the Interior of BC. Services include trauma-informed primary medical services; harm reduction; wound care; care kits of hygiene and wellness essentials; feminine hygiene products; clothing; snacks and drinks; and support with connecting to mental health and substance use, housing, and shelter programs.
