Works with immigrant and refugee communities to deliver culturally appropriate health promotion programs and services for newcomers. Services include information and referral to health, community, and social services, and practical assistance in navigating health and social service systems. Also provides counselling, cross-cultural facilitation, and promotes cross-cultural competence among health care providers. Programs offered in Arabic, Spanish, and Vietnamese languages. Hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
