My Place Supportive Housing

Provides 52 bachelor units of supportive housing for low-income individuals and couples over age 19 who are in need of affordable housing and who can live independently; priority is for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness or those marginally housed. Residents are able to access all services and programs delivered through Turning Points. Some units are wheelchair accessible; pet-friendly building. Referrals and assistance to community resources and programs is also provided. Potential residents can apply online through BC Housing Registry (https://www.bchousing.org/publications/Supportive-Housing-Registry-Application-Form.pdf). Partially funded by BC Housing.
