Offers free meals for people in need as well as information and referrals, lay counselling, bible studies, computer classes, and access to hygiene products and clothing. A Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction worker and a poverty law advocate from Elizabeth Fry Society are available by appointment. In partnership with UBC's Dental Link, oral health information sessions are conducted by students throughout the school year. Centre hours are 9:30 am to 12 noon Monday to Friday. Breakfast is offered from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, and hot soup from 11 am to 11:45 am Monday to Friday. Coffee and snacks are also available. Appointments with an outreach worker can be made between 1 pm to 3 pm Monday to Friday as needed.
