Offers low-cost dental care for individuals of all ages, during the academic year; treatment includes complex/multiple crowns and dentures. Services are provided by students under supervision of the dental faculty; acceptance of patients will depend on the educational needs of the students. After completing a Patient Contact Form, individuals will be contacted for a screening appointment to determine if the patient needs are compatible with the program. If an individual is accepted by the program and chooses to continue as a patient, fees for examination, x-rays, and screening registration fee will be charged. Also provides urgent care services for relief of pain to non-registered patients; appointment is required. Fees are 20% to 40% less than the fee schedule recommended by the BC Dental Association for dentists in private practice. General dentistry clinic hours are 8 am to 12:30 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Emergency dentistry hours are 2 pm to 5 pm Tuesdays, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm Thursdays, and 2 pm to 5 pm on Fridays; an appointment is required. Clinic open during the academic year from the end of August until the end of June.
