Occupational therapy focuses on fine motor development, sensory integration, self-care, and activities of daily living skills. Physiotherapy focuses on motor (movement) development, posture and body alignment, physical abilities and play skills, and preventing, overcoming, or minimizing physical challenges. Services are offered to children up to age six, and for occupational therapy only, also to school-age children. As occupational therapy has large caseloads some services are delivered to groups in order to be able to serve more children and their families. Open referral.
