Assists on-reserve residents to cover the costs of their daily living and provides funding to access pre-employment supports. Delivered in accordance with the income assistance rates and eligibility of the individual's province of residence. Program is operated by Indigenous communities, organizations, and other service providers on behalf of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC). Applications are through community band offices.
