Clinic that provides a supportive, multidisciplinary, outpatient opioid substitution therapy program for individuals who use heroin or other opiates. Offers assessment, long-term stabilization on methadone or suboxone, and withdrawal management. Hours are 8:30 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
