Provides supported transitional housing for 26 adults of any gender with minimal substance use who are experiencing homelessness and are actively engaged in transitioning out of homelessness. Operates from a harm reduction lens. Provides a semi-private room, all meals, intensive case management, and access to 24/7 community support workers. Curfew at 2 am. Provides support through case planning to help clients working towards independence and permanent housing as quickly as possible based on their identified goals. Works closely with other Turning Points programs to help support individuals and assist them to transition to market housing. Referral required from shelter or community agency. Length of stay based on individuals needs and fit for the program. Funded by BC Housing.
