Parenting After Separation

A free online course for BC parents and other family members who are dealing with parental separation and family issues such as guardianship, parenting arrangements, child support, and spousal support. Available to all adults, but may be required for parents involved in a family law case in BC Provincial Court. Covers legal rights and responsibilities, the impact of separation on children, and communication and problem-solving skills. Helps participants make positive decisions about the way they resolve parenting issues after separation, and provides tools to support making decisions in the children's best interests. Serves BC.
