Issues passports and other travel documents. Standard passport processing time is 10 working days for an in-person application and 20 working days by mail. Express passport service is 2 to 9 working days' processing time while urgent service is available for the next business day. Fees are $120 for a five-year passport and $160 for a ten-year passport; express or urgent service is extra. Service is delivered in English and French. Hours are 8:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
