Provincial Centralized Screening (PCS)

Child welfare workers respond to calls involving child protection, including services to children in care, and services to youth and families. Provides intake and screening, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Interpretation services are available. The Vancouver line serves Vancouver, as well as Richmond, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver. BC-wide numbers serve the entire province.
